  1. Evaluation and Authorization: Our customer support team will assess your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number is essential for processing your return.
  1. Packing: Securely pack the product(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Ensure the RAN is prominently marked on the outside of the package.
  1. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided along with the RAN. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Shipping costs for returns due to a customer change of mind will be the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund and Exchange

  1. Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within [number of business days] to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
